Green | July 19, 2024 At Commvault, fostering an environment of belonging is a top priority. A big part of this is our commitment to specialized learning and development programs to enable our Vaulters to be their best selves so they can continue to inspire and deliver. As part of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, we recently launched a women’s leadership training session, specifically designed to empower and engage women at Commvault. This program featured inspirational executive coach Sheryl Kline, founder of the Fearless Female Leadership Program. The impactful session focused on giving participants the right tools and information to build the mindset and influence to increase their visibility and impact. Attendees learned how to: Achieve higher levels of team, talent, and business impact. Leverage their unique gifts and experience. Drive greater impact in 2024 and create a plan to make it happen this year and beyond. Gain clarity, up-level confidence, and build strategic influence with leadership and customers. Use Sheryl’s powerful, science-backed curriculum to gain buy-in and move key initiatives forward. And while the training session was virtual, many participants across the world gathered at our facilities to attend the program together. We have so many inspiring and talented women at Commvault who continue to make an impact every day. Their hard work, resilience, and determination serve as a testament to the strength and capabilities of women in the workplace and beyond. Click here to learn more about our DEI efforts at Commvault.
