Jen DiRico 

As Chief Financial Officer, Jen is responsible for driving long-term durable growth initiatives as the company leads the charge in cyber resilience. She has a proven track record of leading and scaling high performing finance and operations teams.

Jen spent the past decade at Toast, where she was instrumental in its successful IPO and in supercharging the company’s growth. During her tenure, Toast expanded its customer base to over 100,000 customers and annual recurring revenue (ARR) to over $1 billion. She also held leadership positions at Nuance Communications and Passkey International. Her background has given her vast knowledge and experience in finance, investor relations, operations, and international markets.

Jen is a graduate of the University of Miami and holds an MBA from Simmons School of Management.  When not working, you can find Jen enjoying a good book or enjoying the outdoors skiing, biking or running.
